Experience Projects (MATC)
Here are some small projects I did in my time in college that’s not Extreme Exterminators. I have done other roles, but mostly its UI and GUI design work. I liked that I had a chance to experience working on other hardware in these projects.
Slot Car Racing (2014)

This is a racing game project that involved motion controls that used hardware called Leap Motion. The controls are used by closing your hand like gripping a bicycle. You could also play with the camera in three different views.

Bionic Mayhem (2016)
Genre: Card Game/ Fighting/ Strategy
In my game design class we made a card game called Bionic Mayhem. This was a physical card game that put robots up against each other in a four player free for all match. I made my own deck by using one of the types. The game was inspired by the show Battle Bots, but has a science fiction theme and more intense action.

The images were internet pictures. I had made all of my card abilities, effects, and balancing for them. Below is the instructions and the data of all of the cards. My deck was COMBUSTION
My School Experience
From all of the work I had done in the Computer Simulation and Gaming program and Abysmal Ninja, I noticed that my work is on a lot of sections in game developement. From all of this, I tried out almost all of the game design positions, and l am still trying to find which one I am at best in. From the portfolio pages, it seems I could be good at UI, GUI, and level design.
I hope I am improving in character and content design because I need that for game ideas. I know its bad to try to be good at everything like the phrase Jack of all Trades, but I feel like I needed the experience. I have not done any level design and UI work since I graduated, however I believe I can get familiar with it again. In the end of the day, I am glad I had the opportunity to try the design roles.
