Good news everyone! I have finally found a place to start a print on demand business. The name of my online store is “Gameplay Session” and it’s a place I wanted to sell products based on video game related merch and my own game creations. The platform for my starting business is “Sticker Mule”, which is a website focused on making custom stickers. Speaking of stickers, I have put three of my original characters on the page.
Who are you selling
All of my character stickers will be sold in two sizes of 2×2 and 3×3. If you have noticed, two of them are my YouTube channel profile pictures. They are the Post Guardians from my dream game series Game Hero Quest. A Post Guardian are these celestial beings with powers, who’s job is to protect the worlds they inhabit. Their appearance have two forms, which is a child and adult version. The stickers are circle shape of the character’s portrait and name underneath. Let me introduce you to the ones available for sale.
Conner “The Energetic Canid”
First off is the mascot and profile picture of the Game-On Ken channel “Conner”. He is a child coyote with light blue shaggy fur. The two features that makes him really different is his blue hair and one and a half tails. The left tail is short and blue, while the right tail is normal length and light blue. Conner has blue-green rings around the bottom of his legs and neck; he also has black fangs in the front. There are two oddly shaped fangs on both sides, which he is sensitive about.
If you want to have any of the post guardians as a friend, Conner is the best one. His main focus is to enjoy life and have fun all of the time. He’s: friendly, carefree, energetic, naive, silly, and sometimes reckless. It does not like to do work but tries to prove he is disciplined like the others and not all play. He is a really good tactician, however it’s rare and amazing to see the results.
Conner’s ability is to use energy in different ways. The tails are used to store and release power, which represents kinetic and potential energy. He can increase his speed, cover his body with energy, transfer it to anyone he touches and other uses. Another side to his ability is Nega-Conner. This is the opposite that takes energy from living things and the environment to strengthen itself. Conner becomes aggressive and loses control, when its activated. This happens when he forces his powers without taking a break.
Alannah “The Mechanical Dame”
Next is the second channel profile for Ken 7 Projects “Alannah”. She is a female robot knight that has the power of harnessing electricity. Alannah’s armor is medium weight with an indigo and yellow color scheme. The arms, neck and tasset are black, and her helmet references a knight and motorcycle head piece with a lightning design to top. It can be adjusted to cover her face with a visor and mask. Alannah’s hair is platinum and eye color matches the armor. Her face does not have a nose, and the ears are speaker phones.
Her personality is really focused on the knight’s code of chivalry. She protects people when they’re in trouble, has a strong sense of valor, loyal, vigilant, courageous, and has good stature. She is really serious about doing her job and dislikes foolishness. Her AI is learning throughout experience, by downloading information that’s new. The understanding of people is so unclear to her both through speech and behavior. For instance, it does not understand any slang or catch phrases.
Her electric ability is used through her sword and shield. She can shoot jolts out of her hands and has a second electric shield that last for a really short time. The electricity flow is under her command to turn on and off.
Eeva “The Sun Receiver”
Eeva is the first character that is new to present. She is a walking plant creature that wears a girly flower dress. The flower is red violet and has a white center inside. The dress is a lavender top and scarlet bottom. Her personality is being elegant, proper, caring, cheerful and wise. She is the mom figure from the group and really cares about the life around her. Eeva is smart, but not careful from easily being distracted and not vigilant.
Her special ability is using plants and trees at her disposal, with massive overgrowth. The bracelets she wears can turn into pompoms that release aromas that can affect an individual’s body. The dress she wears can make her float down slowly, when going down a high place. A fun note is, she gives apples to people because she thinks it’s good comfort food and Eeva is afraid of bees because she doesn’t want them to take her pollen.
I have more of these guys planned for Gameplay Session. My future goal for them is hopefully have full body images to sell and a symbol for each one. As for merch ideas, I would like sticker sheet sets, and maybe buttons for them. Sticker Mule is the beginning, and I want to have another place to sell products. This place does contain other products like T-shirts, magnets, and art prints, but I might use that for another website. And who knows, this site might be the only one.
If any of my characters gets your attention by appearance or my descriptions, purchase their stickers and it’s fine if you only have one particular. I hope everyone will have a favorite Post Guardian. I would still like to sell merch that is focused to gamers and game developers. I will post new products when there is something added, either on the home page or a new post.
